Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for all orders. To make sure you receive the fastest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. All orders are shipped visa EMS, within 1 week time delivery usually. After finish shipping we will send customers traking number by email, can be tracked in EMS website.Also we recommend that someone be available to accept the package, for we require signature when the package arrived.
Return policy
- We are committed to providing high quality boots to our customers. Merchandise can be returned for a defective exchange as long as a return request is submitted within 7 days from the date you receive your merchandise. Also about the defective please upload us photos via our returns form.
- We test our products before we begin offering them for sale. We also inspect each piece of merchandise before we ship any orders .We promise you of the right order package.So if returning right items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges for right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, please add tracking and insurance for the package you shipped out, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback here!
Exchanges
- Defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within7 days from the date you receive your merchandise. No exchanges will be made after this 7-day period. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
- We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be
responsible for the return postage and the shipping & handling
cost to ship the exchanged items back to you. Also please
add the tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own
protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched.For we process all orders within 8-12 hours after orders placed, we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope yoou can understand. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
Friendly Notice: After finish shipping, we will send our customers 10-digit tracking number visa email. Please check your email 1-2 days after placed the order.
